What would you like to see more of in the workplace?
On the job training. I think we need to take more risks on ‘talent’ vs ‘experience’. The more risks we take on someone’s potential the more we are going to see a diversified and inclusive work environment and future

Take nothing for granted!

Encourage and promote hiring for potential. If we keep hiring for experience and familiarity then we will keep hiring more of the same. Men. Experience Men.

Raising money for my business. It was very empowering
