What do you want our readers to know about you?

I’ve been in Sales and Marketing for most of my career, and with my background in Mechanical Engineering I combine creativity with executive leadership, organization, drive and determination. I’ve had the pleasure of building and running successful revenue enablement programs for rapid-growth startups, for large corporations, and for pre-IPO software organizations.

What would you like to see more of in the workplace?

Diversity and inclusion! Diverse viewpoints are what make us grow as a Sales profession; we only get better if we hear from everyone and see the profession from everyone’s point of view.

What characteristics and/or qualities do you admire in the women you work with?

Boldness, authenticity and creativity.

What advice did you wish you were given earlier in your career?

Don’t try to fit yourself into another person’s box; just be your authentic self.

How do you think we can increase diversity in the workplace?

Expand our networks outside of people we know and have worked with before.

What is one example of a positive, memorable experience you’ve had in your career?

When one of my female employees said that she could, “be herself, and not put up a facade” in our team.

What was one belief you had that you later realized was a myth?

That people in manager/executive-level positions were smarter than me.

Why are you fabulous?

So many reasons! I am always my true authentic self, and am not afraid to be me.
